How To Make Red, White, and Blue Ice Cream Cones

Melt the blue candy melts by placing the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short intervals (about 20–30 seconds), stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.

Hold each ice cream cone and dip the top edge into the melted blue candy. Gently twist as you lift it out so you get that drippy, dipped look.
