How To Make Patriotic Bubble Wands

Wrap the pipe cleaner around a cookie cutter to form the shape.

Twist the pipe cleaner to secure the shape and slide the cookie cutter out.

Leave a long tail at the bottom to act as the wand handle.

Thread pony beads onto the handle, creating patterns or mixing colors freely.

Once finished, add a star button at the end and twist the pipe cleaner to secure it in place.
