What You’ll Need For This Toilet Paper Roll Craft
How To Make A Toilet Paper Roll Firework Craft
1. Make the firework stamp: Cut slits around one end of the toilet paper roll (about 1–2 inches deep). Gently press the strips outward so they spread like a firework burst.

2. Dip into glitter paint: Pour glitter paint onto a plate or tray. Dip the cut end of the roll into the paint, making sure each strip gets coated.

3. Stamp your fireworks: Press the roll onto the paper and lift straight up.

4. Repeat and layer: Use different glitter paint colors to stamp more fireworks. Overlap slightly or vary spacing to create a full “night sky.”

5. Let it dry: Set aside to dry.
Important Notes For This Firework Craft

Choose any color. Kids can choose whatever color background and fireworks they want. While the fireworks look best on black paper and red, white, and blue fireworks are more traditional, kids can mix and match any way they like.
Lift the toilet paper roll straight up. After stamping, lift the toilet paper roll as straight as possible to avoid smearing the paint.
Let it dry. Because stamping leaves thicker globs of paint on the paper, ensure it is fully dry before touching it, moving it, or hanging it up.
