Fun Variations For This Monster Mac and Cheese

Have kids draw the faces on the clear plastic cups. They can create any kind of monster face they want!

This recipe is perfect for picky eaters because they’ll actually want to eat the monster hair (a.k.a. broccoli). If you have a kid who won’t eat it, just leave it off or replace it with another healthy snack. Peeled carrots work great – just use a peeler to keep peeling long strips off of a carrot and add it to the mac and cheese for long, crazy monster hair!
