What You’ll Need For These Watermelon Kiwi Popsicles

  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks (if needed)
  • Blender
  • 3 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 2-3 kiwis, peeled and chopped

How To Make Watermelon Kiwi Popsicles

Add the watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the watermelon puree into the popsicle molds, filling each mold about ¾ full.

Blend the kiwi until smooth. If needed, add a splash of water to help it blend.

Carefully spoon or pour the kiwi puree on top of the watermelon puree.

Freeze overnight or for at least 4-6 hours until completely solid.

To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.
