What You’ll Need For This Watermelon Chocolate Bark
How To Make Watermelon Chocolate Bark
Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and creamy.
Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined tray or plate. Spread it into a thin layer with a spoon or spatula.

Sprinkle watermelon-themed sprinkles all over the chocolate while it’s still melted.

Add watermelon gummy candies on top, gently pressing them into the chocolate so they stay in place.

Place the tray in the fridge for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely hardened.
Once set, break the bark into fun uneven pieces and enjoy a sweet watermelon treat!
Important Recipe Notes

- Add mini chocolate chips for “watermelon seeds.”
- Keep the bark stored in the fridge so it stays crisp.
- Use any kind of green and pink sprinkles in the chocolate bark.
- Feel free to change or remove the watermelon gummies. Since the bark is white, you’ll want something that is pink and green to get that classic watermelon look.
