What You’ll Need For These Pencil Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes
How To Make These Pencil Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes
Start by melting the yellow chocolate melts in a microwave safe bowl, in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time until completely melted. Be sure to stir in between each 30 second interval.
Put the melted chocolate in a tall cup. This will make it easier to dip the cones.
Hold the cone by the tip and dip it in the cup open side down. Shake off the excess chocolate and then place the cones on the parchment paper, open side down. Let them sit for 6-7 minutes to dry.

Melt the white chocolate melts in a small bowl following the same steps as above.
Dip the open side of the cones a little over a half inch of the way into the small bowl of white chocolate. Shake off any left over chocolate and then place it back on the parchment paper. Let it dry for about 4-5 minutes.

Slice the cupcakes in half and stuff the bottom half of the cupcake into the cones.
Put more white chocolate in a piping bag and cut a small hole on the tip of the bag. Pipe the white chocolate around the opening of the cones and stick the top portion of the cupcakes on top of the cones. (If this step is hard to do while hold the cone you can place the cone in a cup to keep them stable.) Let them dry for about 5 minutes.

Optional: Pipe a few small lines across the front of the white part of the pencils to give it texture.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Then dip the pointed tip of the cupcake cones into the melted chips. This will be the sharpened point of the cupcake pencils.

Lay the pencils on the parchment sheet to dry for about 3-4 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
