These beach donuts are an easy summer dessert that are perfect for parties! Using glazed donuts, blue frosting, and vanilla Oreo cookies, you can create a stunning dessert that kids and adults will devour. These beach donuts are great for pool parties, as poolside snacks, or desserts for a crowd! Plus, they are super easy to make and can be ready in minutes!
The key is to use your favorite glazed donuts as the base! Of course, you can alway make them from scratch, but I prefer buying them already made (from Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts) and assembling them. This makes it so much easier and I can make a bunch of them for parties and celebrations!

And, if you’re looking for more summer desserts, try these watermelon pudding cups or this watermelon fruit pizza! They are both delicious, kid-friendly recipes that the whole family can enjoy.

What You’ll Need For These Beach Donuts
How To Make Beach Donuts
Add the vanilla Oreo cookies to a blender or food processor and blend until fine crumbs form. This will be your “sand” on the donut.

Spread blue frosting over the top half of each donut to create the ocean.

Sprinkle the cookie crumbs over the bottom half of the donut to look like a sandy beach.

Add a small drink umbrella into the donut for the finishing touch.

Fun Variations For These Beach Donuts

Add some candy: Place a few gummy sharks on top of the blue frosting to look like sharks in the water! You can also add some gummy bears on peach rings to look like the bears are swimming in the ocean with a floatie! Additionally, adding a gummy bear on a sour belt bite will make it look like the bear is sun-tanning.
Change the sand: If you don’t want to use vanilla Oreos, you can also use crushed graham crackers or nilla wafters for the sand.
