How To Make A Reindeer Paper Bag Craft

1. Cut a rectangle out of the white construction paper. Make it smaller than the width of the paper bag. Flip the bag upside down and glue it to the bag. Make sure the bottom of the lunch bag is at the top. and the bottom flap is facing forward.

2. Cut a strip of green construction paper to the same width of the paper bag. Glue it right underneath the bottom flap of the bag.

3. Cut a small semi-circle from the white construction paper. Glue it underneath the flap of the bag.

4. Cut a small tongue out of the red construction paper. It should look like an elongated semi-circle.

5. Glue the tongue on top of the white semi-circle under the flap.

6. Cut the pipe cleaners in half.

7. Lay 2 pipe cleaners to make a t shape. Fold the right side over to the left and the left over to the right. Repeat with the other 2 pipe cleaners.

8. Glue the pipe cleaner antlers to the back of the back.

9. Glue two googly eyes and the red pom pom onto the flap of the bag.

10. Glue 3 yellow pom poms to the green rectangle of construction paper to make the collar.

Fun Variations For This Reindeer Paper Bag Craft

Swap the red pom pom nose for a brown or black one. If you don’t want to make Rudolph, simply swap the nose for a regular reindeer.

Use any color construction paper for the collar. Green and red look best, but any color can be used.

Swap the white construction paper belly for tan to create a more cohesive reindeer look.

Instead of pom poms, use real jingle bells for the collar.
