Make a cute reindeer paper bag craft with kids! This easy Christmas activity is perfect for preschool, kindergarten, or holiday classroom fun.

Materials

  • Paper Bag
  • Red Construction Paper
  • Green Construction Paper
  • White Construction Paper
  • Googly Eyes
  • 2 Gold Pipe Cleaners
  • Red Pom Pom
  • 3 Yellow Pom Poms
  • Glue
  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Cut a rectangle out of the white construction paper. Make it smaller than the width of the paper bag. Flip the bag upside down and glue it to the bag. Make sure the bottom of the lunch bag is at the top. Make sure the bottom flap is facing forward.
  2. Cut a strip of green construction paper to the same width of the paper bag. Glue it right underneath the bottom flap of the bag.
  3. Cut a small semi-circle from the white construction paper. Glue it underneath the flap of the bag.
  4. Cut a small tongue out of the red construction paper. It should look like an elongated semi-circle.
  5. Glue the tongue on top of the white semi-circle under the flap.
  6. Cut the pipe cleaners in half.
  7. Lay 2 pipe cleaners to make a t shape. Fold the right side over to the left and the left over to the right. Repeat with the other 2 pipe cleaners.
  8. Glue the pipe cleaner antlers to the back of the back.
  9. Glue two googly eyes and the red pom pom onto the flap of the bag.
  10. Glue 3 yellow pom poms to the green rectangle of construction paper to make the collar.
