These pancake bites are an easy breakfast idea for kids. They are ready in under 30 minutes and can be made ahead and frozen for school breakfasts or mornings when you don’t have a lot of time to make breakfast. I love to make a big batch of these on Sundays and freeze the leftovers so we can just pop them in the microwave during the week. Our favorite part is adding in the toppings! You can add in chocolate chips, sprinkles, blueberries, or any other topping of your choice!

What You’ll Need For These Pancake Bites
How To Make Pancake Bites
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the pancake mix, according to box directions.

Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Add the pancake mix to the muffin tin, filling about 3/4 full.

Add your add-ins to your pancakes- we did a few mini chocolate chips, or 2 blueberries, or a pinch of sprinkles.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Allow the pancake bites to cool and remove from the pan, enjoy!
