One of my favorite things about Christmas is the desserts! Warm spices fill the air, gingerbread flavors take over your taste buds, and all the treats have the cutest decorations! And these mini Rudolph pies are no different – chocolate pudding comes together with whipped topping, a graham cracker crust, and a few pretzels and M&Ms to create an adorable Rudolph that is fit for Santa. If you’re looking for Christmas desserts, Rudolph-themed desserts, or classroom Christmas desserts, this is the perfect recipe for you!

Oreo “dirt” layer: Add a layer of crushed Oreos between the crust and pudding for extra texture and a fun surprise bite.

Gluten-free option: Use a gluten-free cookie or pie crust to make these gluten-free without changing the rest of the recipe.
