Kids love building with LEGOs and one of the best parts of LEGOs are the people. There are so many different LEGO people to choose from and you can even build your own! These LEGO fruit skewers are a fun way to get kids to eat healthy and enjoy different fruits. Made with watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe, and a marshmallow on top, these LEGO snacks are easy to put together for playdates and LEGO birthday parties.

And, if you’re looking for more LEGO fun, try this LEGO brick sun catcher! It’s a fun LEGO-inspired craft that kids will love (and it looks great hung up in the window!)

How To Make These LEGO Fruit Skewers
1. Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and pineapple into rectangle-shaped pieces that resemble LEGO bricks.
2. Thread the fruit rectangles onto a wooden skewer, alternating colors to create a bright LEGO-inspired pattern.

3. Insert a toothpick into the bottom of a large marshmallow.

4. Lightly dip the marshmallow into water, then roll it in yellow sanding sugar until completely coated.

5. Stand the marshmallow upright and allow it to dry for several minutes so the sugar coating sets.
6. Use an edible black food marker to draw a simple LEGO-style smiley face on the marshmallow.

7. Remove the toothpick and place the marshmallow onto the top of the fruit skewer as the LEGO minifigure head.

8. Repeat for additional skewers and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
