How To Make Frankenstein Bark
1. Line a sheet pan with wax paper and set aside.
2. In a large microwaveable bowl, add the white chocolate and microwave for 60 seconds. Stir and place back in the microwave for another 60 seconds or until most of the chocolate squares are melted. Stir until smooth.
3. Add 3-5 drops of green gel food coloring to the chocolate mixture and then stir until it’s all mixed evenly. You can always add more food coloring to reach the desired shade of green, if desired.
4. Scoop one tablespoon of the chocolate onto the wax paper and then use the back of the spoon to shape it into a square.

5. Sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles on the top of the square for the hair.

6. Add two candy eyes just below the chocolate sprinkles

7. Take one of the pretzel sticks and break off two small pieces and place one on each side of the chocolate square in line with the candy eyes.
