This Frankenstein bark is fun, colorful, and easy to make! A no-bake Halloween treat with green candy melts and monster-themed toppings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 24 ounce Vanilla chocolate candy
  • 3-5 drops of green gel food coloring
  • 30 Candy eyes (2 per piece of bark)
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Thin pretzels sticks
  • Black writing gel or icing

Instructions

  1. Line a sheet pan with wax paper and set aside.
  2. In a large microwaveable bowl, add the white chocolate and microwave for 60 seconds. Stir and place back in the microwave for another 60 seconds or until most of the chocolate squares are melted. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add 3-5 drops of green gel food coloring to the chocolate mixture and then stir until it’s all mixed evenly. You can always add more food coloring to reach the desired shade of green, if desired.
  4. Scoop one tablespoon of the chocolate onto the wax paper and then use the back of the spoon to shape it into a square.
  5. Sprinkle some chocolate sprinkles on the top of the square for the hair.
  6. Add two candy eyes just below the chocolate sprinkles
  7. Take one of the pretzel sticks and break off two small pieces and place one on each side of the chocolate square in line with the candy eyes.
  8. Draw a zigzag line at the bottom with black writing gel icing for the mouth.
  9. Place the candy bark in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until completely hardened.
