The Star Tree is a stunning picture book written a The Star Tree is a stunning picture book written as a comic.

In the Starlit Forest is the Star Tree. When Thistle finds an actual star in the Star Tree, she shows it to everyone. All the animals go to the Star Tree and see that it is full of stars! But the stars begin to fall all over the ground.

They try making a leaf net to catch the stars before they fall, but it snaps. But, the mess suddenly makes sense when Thistle kicks one and the animals learn about something that’s been lost for generations.

This is such a beautiful book! The illustrations are gorgeous and I love the relatable message of learning things that have been lost for generations. There’s also a beautiful message of teamwork and community ✨

It introduces kids to comics and gives all the cozy & magical vibes! Kids of all ages will love it!

Many thanks to @pubspotlight for sending me a copy of the book💫

Dear Math, We’re NOT Friends follows Nikhil, a boy Dear Math, We’re NOT Friends follows Nikhil, a boy who doesn’t like math because he’s afraid to make mistakes.

His teacher suggests he writes to math to help him work through his fear.

His first letter details how they are NOT friends. His second letter tells math that it makes his tummy hurt. The months go by and Nikhil continues writing to math, sharing all he’s learning, like shapes and counting backward. Eventually he begins to learn that mistakes are scary - they are what helps us learn.

This is such a sweet book that will help so many kiddos! Math is scary for so many kids, especially when they make a mistake, and this book will teach them that it’s okay to make those mistakes. It shows kids that you CAN be friends with math! They are already using math and seeing math in their everyday lives, even if they don’t know it.

Lina and Teresa have created a book that is necessary for all libraries. It’s a heartfelt read that will help so many kids flourish and feel confident when learning math!

Many thanks to @pubspotlight for sending me a copy of the book! 🫶🏼

The Star Who Lost Her Shine is a beautiful book of The Star Who Lost Her Shine is a beautiful book of confidence, self-love, and realizing that winning isn’t everything.

Star loves to go fast. Her favorite thing is racing around the track. The more medals she wins, the more she shines. When Astro, a new star, appears and beats star in the race, she completely loses her shine.

Star begins to wonder what if no one wants to play with her? Or sit with her at lunch? Especially after losing the race.

One night, a new race begins. Astro races and loses to Meteor. Astro and star realize they have something in common - the both hate losing. Together the run, not to race, but to have fun. And, slowly, Star’s shine begins to return.

This book is a must have for every classroom and library! As someone who hates to lose, this book beautifully shows readers that your worth & your shine aren’t determined by winning. Even if you lose, you’ll still be able to shine! ✨

Grab The Star Who Lost Her Shine and share it with a kiddo who needs a reminder that they can shine brightly no matter what!

Many thanks to @bookpublicityservices for sending me a copy of the book! 💫
