Why do plants love the sun? is a fun book that inc Why do plants love the sun? is a fun book that incorporates labels and an interactive aspect to a unique book about plants.

“Why do plants need seeds? Is it because they like to throw them like confetti?” This book combines fun questions that kids would really ask with the science behind plants. Can’t you imagine a kid asking if plants have roots to make root beer?😂

I love that this book makes science fun! Kids will love the fun questions and will learn so much about plants. It also incorporates math and movement which will get the kids excited!

Many thanks to @pubspotlight for sending me a copy of the book! 🌱

You NEED to grab In This Classroom before August! You NEED to grab In This Classroom before August!

It’s a beautiful inclusive story that will invite kids to be themselves in your classroom! Kids will make new friends. They’ll make mistakes. They’ll fail. They’ll get back up and try again. They will help each other succeed.

This is the perfect first day of school book to welcome kids to their new classroom. It’s an empowering book of challenges, successes, and celebrating differences. I love that it incorporates difficult times at school and helps show kids how to work through them. Plus, I love these illustrations! They remind me of emojis and they are too cute!

In This Classroom releases on June 9th. Pre-order it today to have ready for the back-to-school season!

Many thanks to @pubspotlight for sending me a copy of the book!

Hermit crabs are fascinating creatures. They eat d Hermit crabs are fascinating creatures. They eat dead fish, rotting seaweed, turtle eggs, and poop. Yes, poop. 💩

Hermit crabs wear shells to protect their abdomens and they frequently outgrow them. They’ll use shells from whelks, sea snails and other shellfish to protect themselves. Sometimes hermit crabs fight each other for a shell.

It was so fun to learn about how hermit crabs find new shells. 🐚 It’s a great science book to add to your units on animals, predators, or hermit crabs! The “Home Sweet Amazing Home” series has some wondering books that kids will enjoy! I just shared “Weaver Bird’s Town” the other day, so scroll back to check out that one, too!

Many thanks to @pubspotlight for sending me a copy of the book!
