Why Kids and Adults Love these Patriotic Fourth of July Parfaits

Fourth of july parfaits
  • They are quick and easy. While these do require time to chill in the fridge, the actual prep time is only 15 minutes!
  • The parfaits are bursting with flavor. These dessert parfaits taste so much better than a regular yogurt-based parfait.
  • They are the perfect patriotic snack. These parfaits will be a hit with both adults and kids at any Fourth of July celebration.

Make the Parfaits Even Better with These Variations

  • Don’t like strawberries? Switch out the strawberry toppings with another red fruit – try cherries or raspberries!
  • Can’t find blueberry pie filling? Make your own by cooking down fresh blueberries with a pinch of sugar!
  • Add various toppings. Add granola, chia seeds, or sprinkles to the top of the parfait. Better yet, make a topping bar for guests to choose their own!
  • To give your parfaits a fun, tiered look, simply use smaller amounts of each ingredient per layer. Instead of one thick stripe of red, white, and blue, alternate thinner layers to create a beautiful, striped effect that really shows off those patriotic colors. Not only does this add visual appeal, but it also gives each bite a balanced mix of flavors and textures.
  • Make these parfaits vegan by swapping out a few ingredients. Use almond milk and Coco Whip (coconut whip) to make this a delicious vegan treat! *Most Jell-O product bases do not include animal products. Please check the pudding box ingredients to make sure it’s vegan!
