There were once two castles on one hill. In each c There were once two castles on one hill. In each castle lived a queen and they both decided that the hill wasn’t big enough for both of them.

So, each queen picked a knight to duel. In the end, one knight won and his queen would rule.

Her first decree? Something you would never expect 👀

Duel is a super fun book filled with suspense and incredible illustrations! Shawn Harris mentions that he used to do this kind of art in kindergarten - put paint on a piece of paper and fold it to make a symmetrical print. The first time I read through this book I didn’t even realize the illustrations were all symmetrical.

Not only is this book perfect for art classes but also classroom teachers to help promote kindness & coming together.

Duel releases on October 6th. Don’t forget to pre-order a copy today!

Many thanks to @holidayhousepeachtree for sending me a copy of the book🩷

Below the bridge in a bog lives Troll. All the tow Below the bridge in a bog lives Troll. All the townsfolk are afraid of him. Troll hollers at everyone and hurts their feelings for fun.

But, when a bunny comes across Troll, she doesn’t run. The bunny cannot hear Troll’s terrible words. This left Troll feeling small and embarrassed.

Troll practices every day and learns to say kind words instead of mean ones. He finds the beauty in the world and turns into a completely different troll.

This is such a beautiful book of a bully turning into a kind person. It shows kids that even if you were mean before, you can still be kind now. It’s the perfect addition to your back to school read alouds to promote kindness and friendship🩷

Many thanks to @pubspotlight for sending me a copy of the book🩷

I Will Eat You In The End is a beautiful book abou I Will Eat You In The End is a beautiful book about friendship, new beginnings, and endings.

It all starts when a dinosaur steps on a worm. The dinosaur apologizes to the worm’s friend, Frank. Frank says his buddies and him will eat the worm the dinosaur stepped on.

We are sent through a journey of life cycles, from leaves to trees to animals. Together they watch life cycles unfolding and build a friendship that lasts forever…until an asteroid strikes.

This is such a great book explaining life cycles to kids! Everything that has a beginning has an end. It’s definitely a must have to accompany any science unit in life cycles. The illustrations are so adorable and story is simple enough for kids to understand just how life cycles work.

Many thanks to @holidayhousepeachtree for sending me a copy🩷
