In a medium saucepan, heat the butter and brown sugar to a boil, and boil 2-3 minutes.
Add the Mixture and Bake
Pour this mixture over the saltine crackers, and quickly smooth out evenly. Bake the covered crackers in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Mixture will be bubbly and boiling.

Add the Chocolate Chips
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the white chocolate chips over top.

Add the Toppings

Chill to Set
Allow the bark to cool, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
