About me

Hi! I’m Stacie, the creator of Cultivating Brilliant Minds. I am a former teacher-turned-resource creator who specializes in K-2 resources.

I got my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and my Master’s in Child Development with a focus on Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.

Most of my teaching experience has been in 1st grade. I have interned and assisted with all grades, K-6, but my heart remains with the littles in K-2.

Teaching left me burnt-out & frustrated.

This is why I aim to make teachers’ lives easier.

I want to help you make a difference.

Teaching has become so much more than just teaching! More and more things are piled on our plates & it’s difficult to keep up. Between teaching, managing behaviors, intervention, writing reports and IEPS, continuing education, & all the other things the districts require, it’s no wonder why teachers are leaving the profession due to burn-out.

My goal is to create fun and engaging hands-on resources for K-2 teachers to make their lives easier.

This means fun lessons with low-to-no prep (although I do have other resources that require more prep) and sending out free resources for you to use in your classroom. I try to make my resources as affordable as possible because teachers shouldn’t have to use all their hard-earned money on resources for their classroom.
