Schools Around the World is the perfect companion to your then vs. now lesson on schools. Kids can learn all about how kids get to school and what their schools look like.

This is a great way to show kids that even though schools may look different around the world, we are all still learning and do many similar things, like read books and go on field trips.

I also love that the end talks about kids who don’t have time for school because they have to work. It’s a great way to show kids how others advocate for young kids to get an education.
