Everything she did was boring. She imagines all the bored people getting on a bus to go to a non-boring place. They go to bored island & have a ton of adventures, like accidentally figuring out how to communicate with whales and discovering new galaxies. It turns out, Rita may not be as bored as she thinks… With a wild imagination like Rita’s how could one ever be bored? I love the message of this book! Kids are always saying they are bored, but with a little imagination, they could be having wild adventures! @felicita.sala ‘s illustrations are so fun & playful!
