These pumpkin patch dirt cups are a fun, no-bake Halloween treat! Easy to make with pudding, crushed cookies, and candy pumpkins.

Ingredients

  • 3.9 oz Chocolate Pudding Mix

  • 2 Cups Cold Whole Milk

  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

  • 8 oz Tub Cool Whip, thawed

  • 13.29 oz Oreos (33 cookies), crushed to crumbs

  • 1 Cup Toasted Coconut Shreds

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Food Processor or Blender (to crush Oreos)

Instructions

  1. Place the pudding mix and cold milk into a large bowl and whisk together for 2 minutes until there are no more lumps.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter until well incorporated. Set aside for 5 minutes for the pudding to set and thicken.
  3. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until combined. Do not over-mix.
  4. Fill each of the plastic cups with layers of Oreo crumbs, prepared pudding, and then top with more Oreo crumbs.
  5. Top with two tablespoons of toasted coconut shreds, one Ghirardelli jack o lantern chocolate, and two mellowcreme pumpkins. Serve and enjoy!
