Make Snack Time Sweet and Silly with Cookie Monster Bark!

This treat is inspired by everyone’s favorite googly-eyed monster, and it’s just as delightful to make as it is to eat. With crunchy mini cookies, candy eyes, and bright blue candy melts, this snack is silly, simple, and totally delicious.
Cookie Monster Bark Recipe
Serves: 6–8
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes
Inactive Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:

- 12 oz bag blue candy melts (we used Sweet Tooth Fairy brand)
- 7 mini Oreos
- 12 mini Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies
- 14 candy eye sprinkles
Instructions:

1. Melt the Candy Melts
Place the blue candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 1 minute, then continue in 30-second intervals, stirring well each time, until smooth and fully melted. (Always check the bag’s instructions, as brands vary.)

2. Prepare the Base
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted candy onto the sheet and spread it into an even rectangle using a spatula or the back of a spoon.

3. Decorate with Cookie Monster Faces
Place the candy eyes in pairs across the blue base — these are Cookie Monster’s eyes!
Break the mini Oreos in half and place them under the eyes like little mouths (open wide for cookies!).

4. Add Cookies Everywhere
Scatter the mini chocolate chip cookies all around the bark to give Cookie Monster his cookie chaos. Press them gently so they stick as the candy cools.
5. Let It Set
Allow the bark to cool and harden at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Then break into pieces and enjoy!
