Ingredients

     Large marshmallows

     Red sanding sugar

     Blue sanding sugar

Chocolate (chocolate chips or chocolate bars)

     Water

     Graham crackers (for dipping)

Instructions

1.   Prep the Marshmallows
Lightly dip a handful of marshmallows into water, just enough to make them sticky.

Roll some in red sanding sugar

Roll some in blue sanding sugar

     Leave some plain white

2.   Build the Base
Spread an even layer of chocolate into the bottom of an oven-safe dish.

3.   Create the Flag Design
Place the marshmallows on top of the chocolate:

Use blue marshmallows in the top corner for the “stars” section

Alternate rows of red and white marshmallows to form stripes

4.   Bake Until Melty
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10–12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and lightly toasted.

5.   Serve and Scoop
Serve warm with graham crackers. Scoop straight down into that molten chocolate layer and prepare for sticky fingers.
