Once you make these Earth Day hand pies, you’ll be making them every year. They are so delicious that they’ll be gone in minutes. I love pairing crafts with recipes, so I always have my kids do an Earth Day craft like this bean earth day mosaic while we wait for the pies to cook. Since the beans need to dry, we paint them first, then make the hand pies before going back to assemble the mosaics.
