Make an M is for Monster handprint craft with paint, googly eyes, a squiggly smile, and antennae. It’s a fun letter M alphabet activity for preschoolers.

Materials

  • Orange paint (or any color of choice)
  • White paper or spiral notebook
  • Googly eyes
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Paintbrush or paint tray

Instructions

  1. Paint a child’s hand orange or another chosen color.
  2. Press the painted hand onto paper to create a handprint.
  3. Allow the paint to dry completely.
  4. Glue several googly eyes onto the palm area of the handprint.
  5. Use a black marker to draw a squiggly line for the monster’s mouth.
  6. Draw two antennae extending from the top of the handprint.
  7. Write “M is for Monster” on the page to reinforce letter recognition.
