- Orange paint (or any color of choice)
- White paper or spiral notebook
- Googly eyes
- Glue
- Markers
- Paintbrush or paint tray
Instructions
- Paint a child’s hand orange or another chosen color.
- Press the painted hand onto paper to create a handprint.
- Allow the paint to dry completely.
- Glue several googly eyes onto the palm area of the handprint.
- Use a black marker to draw a squiggly line for the monster’s mouth.
- Draw two antennae extending from the top of the handprint.
- Write “M is for Monster” on the page to reinforce letter recognition.
