Ingredients
● 1 box of store-bought Rice Krispie treats (or homemade if preferred)
● Frosting
● Food coloring (red, blue, green, yellow, or any LEGO-inspired shade)
● M&Ms (matching the frosting colors)
Instructions
1. Prep the Bricks – Unwrap Rice Krispie treats and place them on parchment paper.
2. Color the Frosting – Scoop white frosting into separate bowls and use food coloring to create bright LEGO-inspired shades. Gel food coloring works best for bold colors without thinning the frosting.
3. Add Frosting – Spread the colored frosting on top of each treat. Keep it smooth and even to mimic the shiny surface of a LEGO brick.
4. Attach M&M Studs – Place M&Ms of the same color on top in neat rows to create the classic LEGO “stud” look. Press lightly so they stick. The normal size premade Rice Krispie treat is the right shape for a 2X4 LEGO brick.
- Let Them Set – Allow the frosting to firm up a little before serving.
