These LEGO brownies are the most fun and creative treat for kids! Easy to make and perfect for LEGO birthday parties and after school snacks.

Ingredients

 

●      Little Debbie Brownies

●      1 cup white frosting

●      Blue, green, and yellow food coloring

●      Blue, green, and yellow M&Ms – 24 of each color 6 per brownie)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Unwrap the brownies. If you can only find brownies with candy bits on them, take them off.
  3. Divide the frosting between three small bowls. Add a different color food coloring to each bow. (I did 4 yellow, 2 blue, and 10 green to make the colors best match)
  4. Spread one color frosting on 4 of the brownies, then top with 6 of the same color M&Ms. You may start in the middle, to make it easier to get the candies even.
  5. Arrange on the parchment lined tray, then chill for 30 minutes to help the frosting set a bit.
