Materials
- Have a Boo-tastic Halloween printable
- Scissors
- Hole punch
- String or twine
- Lollipops
- White coffee filters
- Black marker
Instructions
- Print the Have a Boo-tastic Halloween printable.
- Cut out each tag.
- Punch a hole at the top of each tag.
- Cut a piece of string and thread it through the hole in the tag.
- Wrap a white coffee filter around a sucker, gathering it just below the candy.
- Tie the coffee filter in place with the string attached to the Halloween tag.
