1.   Paint the Sky
Paint the paper plate blue and let it dry completely.

2.   Make the Carrots
Cut out carrot shapes from orange paper. Cut out leafy tops from green paper.

3.   Put the Carrots Together
Glue the green tops onto the orange carrots.

4.   Create the Garden Soil
Cut a brown half-circle the same size as the paper plate. Glue it onto the bottom half of the plate to look like dirt.

5.   Plant Your Carrots
Tuck the carrots behind the brown paper so only the tops (and a little carrot) peek out like they’re growing in the ground.
